If you’re a sushi fan, then here’s some great news: Rockford construction announced today that Ando, a new Asian restaurant will take the last retail space located on the Grand Rapids west side corner of Bridge St., Northwest and Turner Avenue.

The menu is inspired by a mix of Japanese, Vietnamese, and Korean cuisine. The restaurant will also feature street style food in a pleasant, casual atmosphere. The menu will include small plates that are great for sharing another street style inspired items including high-quality sushi. The owner, Robert Song, believes in the current building up of the West side and would like to play a part in investing in our neighborhoods.

Although the retail space is full, office space is available within the development. “Businesses are drawn to this part of our community for many reasons,” said Mraz. “It’s a walkable neighborhood with great shops and restaurants, making it an attractive option for companies of all sizes.”
